Ingredients list for Green Chana Chaat

  • 1 1/2 cups Green chickpeas (hare chane) boiled
  • 1 Medium tomato finely chopped
  • 1 Medium onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1-2 Green chillies chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons Masala chana dal
  • 3 tablespoons Sev
  • 1/2 cup Puffed rice (murmura)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespo to garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Take green chickpeas in a bowl, add tomato, onion, chilli powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, green chillies, masala chana dal, 1 tbsp sev, puffed rice, lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well.
  2. Add remaining sev and mix well. Transfer into a serving plate, garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
