Ingredients list for Ginger and Pepper Fried Rice
- 1 inch Ginger cut into juliennes
- 1 cup Mixed coloured peppers cut into thin strips
- 3 cups Cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 2-3 Spring onion bulbs chopped
- 2 teaspoons Light soy sauce
- to taste Salt
- to taste White pepper powder
- 2-3 stalks Spring onion greens chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add ginger and sauté well. Add spring onions bulbs and sauté well.
- Add colored peppers and cook well.
- Add the rice, soy sauce, salt, pepper powder, spring onion greens and mix well.
- Serve hot.
