Ingredients for Farfalle Pasta With Spinach And Cheese Recipe

  • Farfalle blanched 400 grams

  • Spinach chopped 1 1/2 cups

  • Cheese grated 1 cup

  • Regular olive oil 1-2 tablespoons

  • Garlic cloves mashed 4-6

  • Onions sliced 2 medium

  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste

  • corns 1 1/2

  • Nutmeg grated a pinch

  • Salt to taste

  • Cream 1 1/2 cups

Method

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan.

Step 2

Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add onions and saute till translucent.

Step 3

Add crushed black peppercorns and corn and mix well.

Step 4

Add spinach and cook on a high heat.

Step 5

Grate nutmeg in the mixture and mix well.

Step 6

Add pasta and cook on high heat. Add salt and mix.

Step 7

Add cream and cheese and toss.

Step 8

Add some water and cook for a minute.

Step 9

Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
