Ingredients
- 2 cups broken wheat (dalia/lapsi), cooked
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- A few mint leaves
- A few lettuce leaves
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Method
- In a bowl mix together broken wheat, tomatoes, onions, mint leaves, lettuce, olive oil, mustard powder, salt and lemon juice.
- Toss well.
- Serve cold.
