Ingredients for Crunchy Thousand Island Dressing Recipe

  • Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons

  • Tomato ketchup 2 1/2 tablespoons

  • Stuffed olives cut into small pieces 5-6

  • Spring onion chopped 1

  • Red capsicum deseeded & chopped 1/4 small

  • Egg boiled and chopped 1

  • Tobasco sauce 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • White pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon


Step 1

In a bowl mix together mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, olives, spring onion, red capsicum, half of the chopped boiled egg and Tabasco sauce. Add salt and white pepper and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator.
