Ingredients list for White Egg Curry

  • 4 Eggs hard boiled and peeled
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 Medium onion ground
  • 3 cups Milk
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • to garnish Fresh mint sprig


  1. Heat butter and oil in a non-stick pan. When butter melts, add onion paste and sauté, on medium heat, till onion turns golden.
  2. Add milk and mix well. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns, mix and cook, stirring continuously, till the mixture comes to a boil. Cook further till it reduces slightly.
  3. Halve the eggs vertically and add and mix gently. Add sugar, mix gently, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with mint sprig and serve hot.
