Ingredients list for Creamy Vegetable Soup
- 10-12 French Beans finely chopped
- 2 medium Carrots peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup Green peas boiled
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
- 2 cups Milk
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
Method
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add refined flour and sauté for a minute. Add French beans, carrots, green peas and sauté for three to four minutes. Add three cups of water and cook till the vegetables are soft.
- Add milk, salt and cook till the soup is thick. Add crushed peppercorns and mix well. Serve piping hot.
