Ingredients

  • 2 cup corn kernels, boiled
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • Leaf lettuce(preferably romaine), optional

Method

  1. In a medium bowl combine corn, yogurt, sour cream, and salt.Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and pepper. Saute till the seeds splutter. Add to the corn mixture and mix well.
  2. Serve on lettuce leaves.
