Ingredients list for Cilantro And Soya Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts

  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Bean Sprouts
  • 250 grams Bean sprouts
  • 2 teaspoon Unrefined oil
  • 3 Spring onions diagonally sliced
  • 1 medium Carrots cut diagonally
  • 3/4 inch piece Ginger sliced
  • 1 medium Green capsicum diced
  • to taste Sea salt
  • 100 grams Bean curd cubed
  • 2 stalks Spring onion greens 1 inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 5-6 Black peppercorns crushed

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add spring onion, carrots and ginger and sauté for a minute.
  2. Add capsicum, bean sprouts, soy sauce, sea salt and stir for two minutes.
  3. Add beancurd, spring onion greens, coriander and crushed peppercorns and toss.
  4. Serve hot.
