Roughly chop red chillies and add. Mix and cook. Add sugar and mix. Add soy sauce and mix again. Add vinegar and mix and continue to cook. When half cooked, crush the mixture with a hand blender. Cook till the mixture thickens and get a jam consistency. Cool and store in a sterilized bottle and use as and when required.
