Ingredients
- 500 grams French beans, blanched and cut into diamonds
- 50 millilitres lemon juice
- 10 grams sugar
- Salt to taste
- 5 grams red chilli flakes
- 30 millilitres oil
- 10 grams fresh red chillies, chopped
- 30 grams chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 30 grams tomato ketchup
Method
- Mix the lemon juice, sugar, salt, red chilli flakes, oil, fresh red chillies, coriander leaves and tomato ketchup in a bowl. Add the beans and toss. Serve immediately.
