Ingredients for Chilli French Bean Salad Recipe

  • French beans blanched and cut into diamonds 500 grams

  • Lemon juice 50 millilitres

  • Sugar 10 grams

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli flakes 5 grams

  • Oil 30 millilitres

  • Fresh red chillies chopped 10 grams

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 30 grams

  • Tomato ketchup 30 grams


Step 1

Mix the lemon juice, sugar, salt, red chilli flakes, oil, fresh red chillies, coriander leaves and tomato ketchup in a bowl. Add the beans and toss. Serve immediately.
