By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Chicken, Ginger-garlic paste Cuisine Indo-Chinese Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 41-50 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Lollypop 14-16 Chicken lollypops 2 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste to taste Salt 1 teaspoons Crushed black peppercorns 1 tablespoons Soy sauce for deep-frying Oil 1 tablespoon Ginger chopped 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 2 tablespoons Red chilli paste 1/2 cup Refined flour (maida) 1/2 cup Cornflour/ corn starch for garnishing Spring onion greens Chopped Method Combine chicken lollypops, ginger-garlic paste, salt, ½ teaspoon crushed peppercorns and soy sauce in a bowl and mix well. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Combine ginger, garlic, red chilli paste, refined flour, cornflour, salt and remaining crushed peppercorns in another bowl and mix well. Add little water and mix well till a thick batter is formed. Dip marinated lollypops in the batter and deep-fry in hot oil till golden. Drain on absorbent paper. Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot.
