Apply butter on the bread slices. Sprinkle with red chilli flakes and garlic on each side. Bake for 5 minutes or till the bread is crisp. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Evenly spread a portion of mashed potatoes on each slice. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 5 -7 minutes or till the cheese melts. Remove from the oven, trim the edges and cut the sandwich into fingers. Serve immediately with ketchup.
