Ingredients

  • ¾ cup grated mozzarella cheese 
  • 1 cup macaroni, boiled
  • Makhni sauce for topping
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon refined flour (maida)
  • 1-2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Method

  1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add flour and sauté for a minute.
  2. Add spring onion with greens, mix and sauté well. Add milk, mix and cook till the sauce thickens.
  3. Add salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Add cheese, mix well and cook till the cheese melts.
  4. Add macaroni and mix well.
  5. Transfer the cheesy macaroni in a serving bowl, top with makhni sauce, garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately with garlic bread.
