Ingredients for Cheeseburst Roti Pizza - SK Khazzan Recipe

  • Whole wheat rotis 8

  • Mozzarella cheese finely chopped as required

  • Medium yellow capsicum 1

  • Medium red capsicum 1

  • Medium green capsicum 1

  • Readymade chicken tikka 250 grams

  • Pizza sauce 8 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli flakes to sprinkle

  • Dried mixed herbs to sprinkle

  • Pickled jalapenos sliced as required


Step 1

Cut the capsicums into strips. Roughly chop chicken tikkas.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick tawa, keep the rotis on it, one at a time, and let them get just warm.

Step 3

Place one roti on the tawa, spread 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese and cover with another.

Step 4

Spread 2 tablespoons pizza sauce evenly and top it with 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese. Top with mixed capsicums and chicken tikka. Sprinkle salt, chilli flakes and mixed herbs.

Step 5

Place some jalapeno slices and some more mozzarella cheese on top, cover and cook for 5 minutes or till the cheese melts and the roti turns crisp. Similarly, make more pizzas

Step 6

Cut into wedges and serve hot.
