Cheese Balls By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Oct 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Processed Cheese, Potatoes Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Cheese Balls 1 cup Processed Cheese grated 2 large Potatoes boiled, peeled and grated Oil 1 tablespoon + for deep frying 1 Onion finely chopped 4-5 Green chillies finely chopped 1 cup Bread crumbs 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder to taste Salt a pinch Citric acid Method Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add onion, green chillies and sauté till golden brown. Mix together potatoes, bread crumbs, black pepper powder, salt, citric acid, onion-green chilli mixture in a bowl. Divide into small portions and roll into balls. Stuff each ball with cheese and roll again. Heat oil in a kadai. Deep fry the balls till golden brown and crisp.
