By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Runner beans (chavli), Scraped coconut Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chawli chi Bhaji 250 grams Runner beans (chavli) cut into 1 inch pieces 2 tablespoons Scraped coconut 1 tablespoon Oil ½ teaspoon Mustard seeds 2-3 Green chillies 1 teaspoon Asafoetida 1 medium Onion chopped ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder to taste Salt Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Slit green chillies and add, mix and sauté. Add beans and mix well. Add 2 tablespoons water, mix well, cover and cook till the beans are almost done. Put coconut, onion, little water and pepper powder in a grinder jar and grind into a coarse paste. Add salt and ground paste to the pan, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
