Ingredients for Chatpata Cheeselings Bhel Recipe

  • Cheese lings 2 cups

  • Onion finely chopped 1 medium

  • Tomato finely chopped 1 medium

  • Green chillies chopped 1-2

  • Peanuts masala ¼ cup

  • Raw mango peeled, finely chopped ½ small

  • Red chilli powder ½ teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 1

  • coriander leaves finely chopped, 1 tablespoon + for sprinkling

  • Mint leaves chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Sev 2 tablespoons + for sprinkling


Step 1

Take cheese lings in a bowl. Add onion, tomato, green chilies, masala peanuts, raw mango, chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, lemon juice, coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix well. Add sev and mix.

Step 2

Garnish with coriander leaves, sev and serve immediately.
