Cham Cham Paratha By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Wheat Flour, Paneer Cuisine Indian Course Breads Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Cham Cham Paratha Wheat Flour 150 grams Paneer 2 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon Sugar to taste Salt For filling 2 tablespoons Oil 2 Onion 1 Tomato 1 Boiled potato 50 grams Paneer 1 Egg 1 Capsicum 1 teaspoon Red chill powder a pinch Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder to taste Salt Method Combine together whole wheat flour, oil, sugar, salt and make a soft dough. Cover and keep it aside. For filling heat oil and add chopped onion, tomato, potato, paneer and egg and cook for two minutes. Add capsicum, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder. Mix well and keep aside. Divide the dough into eight equal portions and shape them in a ball. Stuff the mixture into it and roll into Further roll out into a thick paranthas. Heat a tawa. Place a parantha on it and roast for half a minute. Flip and drizzle oil on the upper side. Flip again and drizzle some oil on the other side too. Continue to roast till both the sides are evenly lightly browned.
