Put buttermilk, two tablespoons of melted butter and egg into another bowl and mix well. Add this mixture to the flour mixture and whisk well. Heat melted butter in a non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful of batter on it, spread into a pancake and cook, turning sides, till both sides are lightly browned. Transfer onto a serving plate and serve hot.
