By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Buns, Small onions Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Breakfast Buns 4 Buns 4 Small onions 8 Eggs to taste Salt 2 teaspoons Red chillies , crushed 2 teaspoons Black pepper powder a few sprigs Fresh thyme 8 tablespoons Oil 4 tablespoons Olive oil 2 Medium tomatoes 4 slices Cheese Method For each portion, quarter 1 onion and put into a chopper and process. Add 2 eggs, salt, ½ tsp crushed red chillies, ½ tsp black pepper powder, a little fresh thyme and process again till well mixed. Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non-stick pan and place a round ring in it. Pour the egg mixture into the ring and let it cook. Halve 1 bun horizontally. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in another non-stick pan and place the bun halves, cut side facing down, and toast till golden. Cut tomato into round slices. Place the base half of the bun in a serving plate, place some tomato slices on it. Gently remove the ring from the first pan and flip the omelette. Cook the other side similarly. Once the omelette is done, place it over the tomato slices. Place a cheese slice over it and cover with the upper half of the bun.
