Ingredients for Boondi ki Sabzi-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Salted boondi 1 cup

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Asafoetida (hing) 1/4 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Spring onion bulbs chopped 3-4

  • Spring onion greens chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 tablespoon

  • Fresh coriander sprig for garnish

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, asafoetida, salt and spring onion bulbs, mix and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Step 2

Add spring onion greens, boondi and a little water, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix well.

Step 3

Garnish with coriander sprigs and serve hot.
