Ingredients
- 200 grams French beans, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1-2 green chillies, chopped
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup scraped fresh coconut + for garnish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add green chillies, curry leaves and saute well.
- Add onion and saute for 1-2 minutes or till translucent. Add beans and salt and mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
- Add coconut and lemon juice and mix well. Take the pan off the heat.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coconut and serve hot with chapatis.
