Ingredients for Baked Oats and Fruits Recipe

  • Rolled Oats 2 cups

  • Walnuts Kernels 2 medium

  • Walnut kernels 1/2 cup

  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon

  • Cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Eggs 2

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Maple syrup 1/4 cup

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

  • Melted butter 2 tablespoons

  • Melted strawberry jam 4 tablespoons

  • Raisins 1/4 cup


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180º C.

Step 2

Put oats, walnut kernels, baking powder, cinnamon powder and sugar into a bowl and mix well.

Step 3

Break eggs into another bowl and beat with an electric beater. Add milk and maple syrup and continue to beat. Add vanilla essence and butter and beat again.

Step 4

Slice bananas. Take a glass baking dish, place sliced bananas in a layer and sprinkle raisins over them.

Step 5

Over that place oats mixture in a layer and pour the egg-milk mixture. Drizzle strawberry jam on top.

Step 6

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven.

Step 7

Scoop out ladleful of baked oats and fruits onto serving plates and serve immediately.
