Ingredients for Anari Aloo Recipe

  • Dried Pomegranate Seeds roasted and powdered 2 teaspoon

  • Potatoes boiled, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes 6 medium

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Dried mango powder 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped for garnish

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add potatoes and toss on high heat for two to three minutes. Add powdered anardana, red chilli powder and dried mango powder. Mix well and add salt.

Step 2

Sprinkle some water and cook till the potatoes are heated through. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
