Ingredients for Aloo Sabzi Sandwich Recipe

  • White bread slices 8

  • Onion 1 medium

  • Tomatoes 2 medium

  • Butter for spread

  • Green chutney for spread

  • Chaat masala for sprink

  • Salt for sprink

Method

Step 1

Thinly slice onion and tomatoes.

Step 2

Preheat a non-stick griller.

Step 3

Place bread slices on a worktop, spread some butter and green chutney on half the slices. Evently spread some aloo sabzi over each of them.

Step 4

Place some tomato slices over the sabzi and sprinkle some chaat masala and salt. Place some onion slices on top and again sprinkle some more salt and chaat masala.

Step 5

Cover these slices with remaining slices, apply some butter on top. Place the sandwiches in hot grill toaster and grill till golden from both sides.

Step 6

Cut into triangles and serve hot.
