Ingredients list for Aloo Bharta

  • 7-8 medium Potatoes boiled and peeled
  • 3-4 tablespoons Green Chilli
  • to taste Salt
  • 4-5 Black peppercorns ground
  • 1 Green chilli chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. In a bowl mash the potatoes, while they are still hot, to a smooth mixture.
  2. Add ghee, salt, freshly ground peppercorns, green chilli and fresh cream.
  3. Whisk with a fork until it gets a creamy texture.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve warm.
