Ingredients
- 2 cups refined flour (maida)
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup yogurt
- 2 teaspoons oil
Method
- Take refined flour in a large parat. Add salt, baking soda, yogurt, oil and around ¼ cup water and mix well. Knead to a soft dough and continue to knead for 5 minutes. Once the dough is smooth, cover with a bowl and set aside to rest for 3 hours.
- Use this wonder dough for making kulchas, naan, bhatura, etc.
