Ingredients
· 1½ cups grated cottage cheese (paneer)
· 8 white bread slices
· 1½ tbsps pizza sauce
· 2 tsps schezwan sauce
· 1 tbsp green chutney
· 2-3 tbsps mayonnaise
· 1 small onion, chopped
· 1 small green capsicum, chopped
· 2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
· ½ tsp chaat masala
· Salt to taste
· A pinch of black pepper powder
· Butter for applying
· Green chutney to serve
· Potato chips to serve
Method
1. Take paneer in a large bowl, add pizza sauce, schezwan sauce, green chutney, mayonnaise, onion, green capsicum, coriander leaves, chaat masala, salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
2. Apply butter some on 4 bread slices and spread a portion of the paneer mixture on top of each evenly. Place a bread slice from the remaining slices on top of each sandwich and apply butter over it.
3. Heat an electric griller. Place the sandwiches on it, 2 at a time, with the buttered side facing up. Grill for 3-4 minutes.
4. Halve the sandwiches, arrange them on a serving platter and serve hot with green chutney and potato chips.
