Ingredients
·1½ cups grated cottage cheese (paneer)
·8 white bread slices
·1½ tbsps pizza sauce
·2 tsps schezwan sauce
·1 tbsp green chutney
·2-3 tbsps mayonnaise
·1 small onion, chopped
·1 small green capsicum, chopped
·2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
·½ tsp chaat masala
·Salt to taste
·A pinch of black pepper powder
·Butter for applying
·Green chutney to serve
·Potato chips to serve
Method
1.Take paneer in a large bowl, add pizza sauce, schezwan sauce, green chutney, mayonnaise, onion, green capsicum, coriander leaves, chaat masala, salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
2.Apply butter some on 4 bread slices and spread a portion of the paneer mixture on top of each evenly. Place a bread slice from the remaining slices on top of each sandwich and apply butter over it.
3.Heat an electric griller. Place the sandwiches on it, 2 at a time, with the buttered side facing up. Grill for 3-4 minutes.
4.Halve the sandwiches, arrange them on a serving platter and serve hot with green chutney and potato chips.
