Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- ½ cup scraped fresh coconut
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 2-3 green chillies, broken
- Salt to taste
- Steamed rice for serving
Method
- Put coconut into a grinder jar, add garlic, green chillies and ¾ cup water and grind to a coarse paste.
- Take yogurt in a bowl, add the ground paste and salt and mix well with a wooden churner. Add 2 cups water and mix well with the churner.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with steamed rice.
