Ingredients
- as required Pomegranate pearls
- 4 tablespoons Pomegranate syrup
- 4 tablespoons Ginger ale
- as required Fresh mint leaves
- as required Lemon juice
- 2 cups Orange juice
- 2 cups Apple juice
- 2-3 tablespoons Honey
- 4 Orange slices
Method
- Put 1 teaspoon pomegranate pearls, 2-3 mint leaves and sufficient lemon juice in each dent of ice tray till they are ½ full. Pour some water in each dent till they are almost full. Cover the tray, keep it in the freezer and freeze till set.
- Pour orange juice, apple juice, pomegranate syrup, ginger ale and honey in a blender jar and blend till well combined.
- Demould the pomegranate mint ice cubes and put into tall individual serving glasses. Place one orange slice in each glass and fill up the glasses with the apple-orange juice mixture.
- Serve chilled.
