Oats Laddoo

Mostly laddoos take quite some time to prepare but these will be ready in a jiffy. Added to that they are full of essential nutrients thus allowing you to enjoy them with feeling guilty.

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan, add oats and dry roast for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Transfer in a plate and allow to cool slightly. 
  2. Add sesame seeds and flax seeds to the same pan and dry roast for 2-3 minutes. Transfer in the same plate and allow to cool.
  3. Transfer roasted mixture into a grinder jar and grind to a powder.
  4. Add jaggery, dates, pistachio powder, peanut powder and green cardamom powder and grind finely. 
  5. Transfer the mixture into a plate, grease your palms with little ghee, divide the mixture into equal portions and roll each portion into a laddoo.
  6. Put a few of the laddoos into a tiffin box, The remaining can be stored in an air-tight container to be used later.
