Ingredients
- 1½ cups oats
- 1 cup white sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- ¾ cup chopped jaggery
- 5-6 seedless dates, roughly chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons pistachio powder
- 2-3 tablespoons roasted peanut powder
- ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- Ghee for greasing
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, add oats and dry roast for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Transfer in a plate and allow to cool slightly.
- Add sesame seeds and flax seeds to the same pan and dry roast for 2-3 minutes. Transfer in the same plate and allow to cool.
- Transfer roasted mixture into a grinder jar and grind to a powder.
- Add jaggery, dates, pistachio powder, peanut powder and green cardamom powder and grind finely.
- Transfer the mixture into a plate, grease your palms with little ghee, divide the mixture into equal portions and roll each portion into a laddoo.
- Put a few of the laddoos into a tiffin box, The remaining can be stored in an air-tight container to be used later.
