Mango Pista Baked Yogurt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
  2. Take yogurt in a bowl, add fresh cream, mango puree, green cardamom powder and whisk well.
  3. Transfer in small individual bowls and cover with aluminium foil.
  4. Arrange the bowls on a baking tray, pour some water in the tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Bring the tray out of the oven and allow to cool completely. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  6. Sprinkle pistachios, garnish with mango pieces and serve chilled.
