Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh mango puree
- Fresh mango pieces for garnish
- Blanched, peeled and slivered pistachios for garnish
- ½ cup yogurt
- ¼ cup fresh cream
- ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C.
- Take yogurt in a bowl, add fresh cream, mango puree, green cardamom powder and whisk well.
- Transfer in small individual bowls and cover with aluminium foil.
- Arrange the bowls on a baking tray, pour some water in the tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Bring the tray out of the oven and allow to cool completely. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Sprinkle pistachios, garnish with mango pieces and serve chilled.
