Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh ripe mango pulp
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk powder
- 1½ cups milk
- 6 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- Ripe mango cubes for garnish
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Method
- Put the mango pulp in a blender jar. Add sugar, milk powder, milk and vanilla ice cream and blend to a smooth mixture.
- Pour this equally into individual serving glasses and garnish with mango pieces and mint sprigs and serve immediately.
