  1. Take Pro V Dates in a bowl, add sufficient water and soak for 4-5 hours. Remove the seeds and transfer into a grinder jar. Add ½ cup of the water in which the dates were soaked and grind to fine paste.
  2. Chop Pro V Regal Jumbo Walnuts.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a shallow non-stick pan, add the dates paste and cook stirring continuously for 2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon ghee, mix well and cook till the mixture thickens.
  4. Add green cardamom powder and mix well. Add walnuts, mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Mix cornflour with ¾ cup water and add to the pan. Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the mixture into greased glass casserole, level the surface and let it set for 3-4 hours.
  7. Unmould, cut into squares, arrange them on a serving platter and serve.
