Ingredients
- 4-5 peaches, halved and seeds discarded
- 4 baguette slices, toasted
- Cream cheese for spreading
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- Micro greens for garnish
- Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
Method
- Heat a non-stick grill pan. Once hot, place the peach halves over it with the skin side facing up and grill for 1-2 minutes. Flip and grill on the other side similarly.
- Take toasted baguette slices, apply some cream cheese over it, arrange two peach halves over each slice, sprinkle salt, crushed black peppercorns, garnish with micro greens and drizzle some olive oil.
- Arrange them on a serving plate and serve immediately.
