Gilkyacha Bharit

Gilkya is a type of turai that is smooth. This vegetable is quite underrated because of its bland taste and without much flavour of its own. But when cooked this way it is quite tasty. It is a healthy vegetable and especially good to have during summer. This bhaji is quite popular among the Maharashtrians and is generally served with rice bhakris.
