Method

  1. Cut the leftover bread slices into 1 cm cubes. Chop garlic cloves and parsley.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a shallow non-stick pan, add the bread cubes and saute on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and saute till crisp.
  4. Add parmesan cheese powder and parsley and toss well. Allow to cool.
  5. Add on top of salad and serve or transfer into a serving plate and serve.
