Ingredients
- 4 leftover white bread slices
- 8-10 garlic cloves
- 4-5 fresh parsley sprigs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese powder
- Salad as required
Method
- Cut the leftover bread slices into 1 cm cubes. Chop garlic cloves and parsley.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a shallow non-stick pan, add the bread cubes and saute on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add garlic and saute till crisp.
- Add parmesan cheese powder and parsley and toss well. Allow to cool.
- Add on top of salad and serve or transfer into a serving plate and serve.
