Energy Balls

Both office goers and school going children need energy boosters. So here is just the recipe which is made with healthy nuts. They can be packed smartly in tiffin box as shown here.

Method

  1. Put the walnuts, pistachios and almonds in a mixer jar and grind coarsely. Add apricots, dried figs, dates and flax seeds and grind to a coarse paste. 
  2. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, take small portions and shape each portion into a ball. 
  3. Arrange a few balls in a tiffin box.  
  4. Alternately place some paneer bhurji on each parantha and roll. Halve the rolls and place them in a rectangular tiffin box. Place the energy balls in a cupcake liner and place that in the tiffin box.
