Ingredients
- ½ cup roughly chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup roughly chopped pistachios
- ¼ cup roughly chopped almonds
- ¼ cup chopped golden apricots
- ¼ cup chopped dried figs
- 12-15 seedless dates
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
Method
- Put the walnuts, pistachios and almonds in a mixer jar and grind coarsely. Add apricots, dried figs, dates and flax seeds and grind to a coarse paste.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl, take small portions and shape each portion into a ball.
- Arrange a few balls in a tiffin box.
- Alternately place some paneer bhurji on each parantha and roll. Halve the rolls and place them in a rectangular tiffin box. Place the energy balls in a cupcake liner and place that in the tiffin box.
