Ingredients
- 200 grams milk chocolate slab
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 5 digestive biscuits
- ¼ cup roughly chopped nuts (walnuts and peanuts)
- 2 caramel chocolate bars, chopped
- 16-18 mini marshmallows + for topping
- Butter for greasing
- Colourful chocolate candies as required
- Melted dark chocolate to drizzle
Method
- Roughly chop milk chocolate and put into a bowl.
- Heat sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan. Place the bowl over the pan. Add butter and peanut butter and mix while the mixture melts.
- Break the digestive biscuits and add to the bowl. Add nuts and mix well. Let the mixture cool slightly. Add caramel chocolate bar and marshmallows and mix.
- Line a burfi tray with parchment paper and grease with butter.
- Transfer the prepared mixture into the tray and spread evenly. Sprinkle chocolate candies and marshmallows on top. Press lightly.
- Drizzle dark chocolate and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or till set.
- De-mould the set chocolate and cut into small bite sized squares. Serve.
