  • 200 grams milk chocolate slab
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 5 digestive biscuits
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped nuts (walnuts and peanuts)
  • 2 caramel chocolate bars, chopped
  • 16-18 mini marshmallows + for topping
  • Butter for greasing
  • Colourful chocolate candies as required
  • Melted dark chocolate to drizzle


  1. Roughly chop milk chocolate and put into a bowl.
  2. Heat sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan. Place the bowl over the pan. Add butter and peanut butter and mix while the mixture melts.
  3. Break the digestive biscuits and add to the bowl. Add nuts and mix well. Let the mixture cool slightly. Add caramel chocolate bar and marshmallows and mix.
  4. Line a burfi tray with parchment paper and grease with butter.
  5. Transfer the prepared mixture into the tray and spread evenly. Sprinkle chocolate candies and marshmallows on top. Press lightly.
  6. Drizzle dark chocolate and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or till set.
  7. De-mould the set chocolate and cut into small bite sized squares. Serve.
