Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup condensed milk
- ¼ cup milk
- Blueberry compote to serve
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Method
- Heat sufficient water in a steamer.
- Take yogurt in a large bowl, add condensed milk and whisk well. Add milk and mix well. Pour the mixture into individual earthen bowls, cover each bowl with aluminium foil.
- Arrange the bowls in the steamer basket and steam for 6-8 minutes on medium heat.
- Bring the earthen bowls out of the steamer and allow to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, place it in the refrigerator till chilled completely.
- Remove the aluminium foil and put some blueberry compote on top of the yogurt mixture in each bowl. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
