Ingredients
- 2 cups guava juice
- 1 medium guava, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried mango powder (amchur)
- 1½ teaspoons red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 10-12 fresh mint leaves
Method
- Take guava juice in a large bowl, add dried mango powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, chaat masala, ½ teaspoon salt, roasted cumin powder and mint leaves and mix well.
- Take chopped guava in another bowl, add remaining red chilli powder and remaining salt and mix well.
- Put a portion of the chopped guava mixture into all the popsicle moulds, pour a portion of guava juice mixture into each mould till it is ¾ filled. Insert the popsicle sticks into the moulds. Place them on a tray, place the tray in the freezer to freeze for 6-8 hours.
- De-mould the popsicles, place each in a glass of ice and serve immediately.
