Chatpatta Guava Popsicle

  1. Take guava juice in a large bowl, add dried mango powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, chaat masala, ½ teaspoon salt, roasted cumin powder and mint leaves and mix well. 
  2. Take chopped guava in another bowl, add remaining red chilli powder and remaining salt and mix well. 
  3. Put a portion of the chopped guava mixture into all the popsicle moulds, pour a portion of guava juice mixture into each mould till it is ¾ filled. Insert the popsicle sticks into the moulds. Place them on a tray, place the tray in the freezer to freeze for 6-8 hours.
  4. De-mould the popsicles, place each in a glass of ice and serve immediately.
