  1. Peel bananas and transfer them into ziplock bag. Freeze for 4-5 hours.
  2. Take ProV Select Whole Natural Cashew nuts in a bowl, add sufficient water and set aside to soak for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Transfer frozen bananas into a blender jar, drain the cashewnuts and add, add vanilla essence, coconut milk and maple syrup and blend to a smooth paste.
  4. Transfer the mixture into an air tight container, add chocolate sprinklers and mix lightly. Cover it and freeze for 7-8 hours.
  5. Bring the container out of the freezer, remove scoops and put into serving bowls and serve chilled.
