Ingredients
- 1 cup ProV Select Whole Natural Cashewnuts
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- Chocolate sprinklers as required
Method
- Peel bananas and transfer them into ziplock bag. Freeze for 4-5 hours.
- Take ProV Select Whole Natural Cashew nuts in a bowl, add sufficient water and set aside to soak for 20-30 minutes.
- Transfer frozen bananas into a blender jar, drain the cashewnuts and add, add vanilla essence, coconut milk and maple syrup and blend to a smooth paste.
- Transfer the mixture into an air tight container, add chocolate sprinklers and mix lightly. Cover it and freeze for 7-8 hours.
- Bring the container out of the freezer, remove scoops and put into serving bowls and serve chilled.
