Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 8 bread slices
- 2 ripe bananas
- 6-8 strawberries
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ cup cream
- 8 tablespoons honey
Method
- Peel bananas and cut into ½ inch thick slices. Quarter strawberries and slice them.
- Heat 2 tbsps butter in a non stick pan, add bananas and strawberries. Break eggs into a bowl and beat them. Add cream and 4 tablespoons of honey and mix well.
- Add 4 tablespoons of honey to strawberries and bananas and mix.
- Heat butter in another non-stick pan. Soak bread slices in egg and cook in the second pan. Cook, turning sides. Remove onto a plate.
- Place a French toast on a serving plate, put some strawberry-banana mixture over it. Place another slice over the fruits at an angle. Put some strawberry-banana mixture over the top slice and serve.
