Method

  1. Cut the sourdough bread loaf into thick slices.
  2. Heat a cast iron pan, add butter and let it melt. Place the sourdough slices in the pan and toast on both sides on low heat for 2-3 minutes or till golden and crisp. Take slices off the heat and arrange in a serving plate.
  3. Halve the avocados, remove the seeds, peel and cut each half into thin slices. 
  4. Apply some cream cheese over one side of the toasted bread slices. Arrange the avocado slices over them and sprinkle crushed black peppercorns and salt. 
  5. Top with pickled onion rings. Sprinkle ProV Healthy Seed Mix, garnish with micro greens and drizzle extra virgin olive oil. Serve immediately.
