Charred Plum Salad

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200⁰ C.
  2. Halve the plums, remove the seeds and cut into wedges. Arrange the wedges on a baking tray, sprinkle salt, crushed black peppercorns and drizzle olive oil. Place the plums in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or till well charred.
  3. Bring the tray out of the oven.
  4. To make the salad, take some ice cubes in a large bowl, add some water, add the arugula leaves in it and set aside for 5-10 minutes. 
  5. Drain the arugula leaves and shred them roughly. Arrange the leaves on a large serving plate. Arrange the charred plums over it, break the Bocconcini into smaller pieces and place them in the plate as well. Sprinkle
  6. ProV Healthy Seeds Mix, drizzle some olive oil and balsamic dressing. Serve immediately.
