Method

  1. Take Pro V Select Figs in a bowl, add sufficient water and soak for 4-5 hours.
  2. Drain and transfer into a grinder jar, add ½ cup of the soaking water and grind to fine paste.
  3. Sliver Pro V Select California Whole Natural Almonds.
  4. Pour reduced milk in a deep non-stick pan, add sugar and green cardamom powder and cook, stirring, till sugar dissolves.
  5. Switch off the heat, add ground figs. Reserve some almond slivers for garnish and add remaining and mix well. Set aside to cool down completely.
  6. Pour the mixture individual kulfi moulds and freeze for 6-8 hours.
  7. Demould and place the kulfis on a bed of crushed rice. Sprinkle reserved Pro V Select California Whole Natural Almond slivers and serve chilled.
