Ingredients list for Watermelon Salsa
- 2 cups Watermelon peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 packet Onions
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 1/2 Yellow capsicum chopped
- 2 Pickled jalapeno peppers chopped
- 1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns crushed
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
Method
- Put watermelon, onion, yellow capsicum, jalapenos, coriander leaves, green chillies, crushed peppercorns, lemon juice and salt into a mixing bowl and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
