Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons eggless mayonnaise
- 4 tinned pineapple slices
- 2 medium apples
- 1/2 cup walnut kernels + for garnishing
- 2 inch celery stick
- A few Iceberg lettuce leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
Method
- Chop celery roughly and put into a bowl. Chop pineapple slices into chunks and put into the same bowl.
- Halve the apples, remove core and cut into chunks and add to the same bowl. Add walnut kernels and mayonnaise and mix well.
- Tear a few iceberg lettuce leaves and add. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well again. Transfer into a serving plate and serve garnished with a few walnut kernels.
