Ingredients list for White Egg Curry
- 4 Eggs hard boiled and peeled
 - 1 tablespoon Butter
 - 1 tablespoon Oil
 - 2 Medium onion ground
 - 3 cups Milk
 - to taste Salt
 - to taste Black peppercorns crushed
 - 1 teaspoon Sugar
 - to garnish Fresh mint sprig
 
Method
- Heat butter and oil in a non-stick pan. When butter melts, add onion paste and sauté, on medium heat, till onion turns golden.
 - Add milk and mix well. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns, mix and cook, stirring continuously, till the mixture comes to a boil. Cook further till it reduces slightly.
 - Halve the eggs vertically and add and mix gently. Add sugar, mix gently, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
 - Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with mint sprig and serve hot.
